Orange and Tribal (bonus nail mail gift that's so cute you won't believe)

Hey lacquer lovers, so my posts are going to get a little more regular since I am going to be on a schedule. There will be a new nail art post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There may be some new additions as in beauty and review posts on the days in between but these days barring any severe circumstances will be definite nail post days :)

Today I have a bright and colorful tribal inspired nail art using one of my favorite oranges of all time Riveting by China Glaze. This color was from the Hunger Games collection from a few years ago but is absolutely stunning and shimmery and oh so vibrant. I then just used Sally Hansen white on to paint a strip down the center of each nail and used kiss nail art paint to paint in the triangle detailing and lines.

That's all for today guys, I hope your January has been amazing and that your start to 2015 has been amazing. I will close todays post with an image of some nail mail I received recently from /u/notpandora over on r/polishgauntlet. She held a contest recently regarding Japan and I was lucky enough to be chosen as a winner, here was my prize straight from Japan!! :)

It's a little gloomy here today what with all the snow storms so I apologize for the quality of the photo but these are ADORABLE Sanrio Twin Stars nail files. I love them. SO.FREAKING.MUCH. I don't even think I will be able to use them they are so adorable, and as I mentioned FROM JAPAN. One of the things you might not know about me as of yet is I love Japan, and South Korea so this is amazing for me. Thanks so much /u/notpandora!!! I love it and I hope your trip was amazing if you are reading this!

Thanks for dropping by guys I hope you stop by next time as well!!
Much Love

China Glaze Bizarre Blurple and OPI In True Stefani Fashion

Hey Lacquer Lovers :) Third post in one day. Sorry for being so absent life is just a little crazy and getting stuff up on Instagram is a lot easier to do than posting sometimes. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram as well @fullmetal_cupcakenails  :) There you will get new nail art as it happens sometimes even before it's up here on the blog!

So this is a very simple combo of two of my favorite polishes. China Glaze Bizarre Blurple, and OPI In true Stefani Fashion. I just think this awesome blueish purple from China Glaze goes so well with a silver glitter. I love Bizarre Blurple so much I've had it for a few years and use it sparingly because I want to make sure that I always have some in case I want to use it for anything in specific :P

Thanks for checking this one out guys. Sorry for such a short post I appreciate your patience with the lack of posts lately :)

Much Love

First Valentines Day Nail Art with China Glaze I Love Your Guts!

Heyo guys, another catch up post here. If you follow me on instagram (@fullmetal_cupcakenails) then you will have already seen this one but this is my first of many Valentines Day inspired nail art posts leading up to Valentines Day which I'm actually not a huge fan of, I just like the imagery and themes that holidays bring up :P

So I thought a fitting color to use would be a color from 2014's Halloween Collection by China Glaze entitled I love your guts. It's a textured polish which I have swatched in a previous post and just adds that little bit of hilarity and sassiness to a Valentines Day nail art rather than it just being sugary sweet :P

I was inspired by a nail art that I saw a year or two ago on another website. I just thought that the skip a beat idea was so cool but never attempted to recreate it until now. I have to say I love this design especially featuring I love your guts by China Glaze.

Hope you guys give this one a go. Let me know in the comments what your favorite holiday is for themed nail art :)

Much love guys!

Enchanted Polish The Youth, and OPI Silent Stars Go By

Hey guys, I feel like a horrible lump I haven't posted in over a week which makes me a sad Panda but I'm not gone! I've just been overwhelmed with a sick relative, and dealing with unemployment etc. So I am posting three nail arts that I just haven't gotten around to making posts of until now :)

This Simple top down gradient consists of a base of my one and only Enchanted Polish entitled "The Youth" It's a lovely green holo. These photos don't do the holo effect of this polish justice but I really wanted to capture how these two went together rather than just the holoy goodness. I then applied a coat of OPI Silent Starts go by by lightly dragging the polish brush down the nail to about the midway point. Pretty simple all in all if you are new to nail art this one should be simple simple to re create, and will go well with many color combos.

Hope you enjoy this one guys :) Thanks for checking it out!

Much Love

piCture pOlish Wisteria and Ozotic 902 Sugar

Hey lacquer lovers, I must apologize again for my lack or posts lately. I might have to make my posts every second day or a few times a week because my life is just so hectic and filled with stresses lately. I know you all have your own problems and don't look at nail art to deal with the problems of others, but I have a parent in the hospital, and I just got layed off from my job so I've been dealing with illness in the family, and getting unemployment filed and the stress of it being unexpected so having no money put away to live on for a while if need be. Ah rural communities.

My nails have actually been naked for two whole days which to me is basically a sin against my religion and I will now have to repent to the nail polish gods. It's also Rural Canada and cold as ice so my nails had dried despite my best efforts and were becoming very brittle therefore I made the decision to go to nubbie nails and grow them a bit again since the climate is being so harsh on them and they were all becoming different sizes. Order was needed.

Anyway today after two whole days of nakie nails I present to you the wonderfully lovely combo of piCture pOlish Wisteria with Ozotic 902 Sugar layered on top. I could stare at this combo all day and I wish that the pictures would do it more justice but it's Canada and even though its full on afternoon its GRAY outside and being layed off I don't have the budget for a new light source yet, so I hope this gets across just how beautiful this combo is.

That's it for today guys! Thanks for coming on back and reading my posts when you do I really appreciate it and being able to share my polish collection, and nail art with you all is one of the things that makes me happiest. Keep on polishing lacquer lovers :)

Much Love
Jenn :)

Hey lacquer lovers!
